Shipping your product is our top priority. Every day, we ship hundreds of products to our satisfied customers around the world. However, as most of our warehouses are located abroad, our order processing and shipping times may vary. For this reason, we cannot offer next-day delivery.
Order processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we forward your order to our suppliers for order verification, necessary adjustments, quality control, and packaging. These processes can take an additional 1–4 days.
Shipping time: This is the time it takes for items to travel from our suppliers' warehouses to the delivery address. This usually takes 7–14 days.
Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. With this number, you can easily track the location of your product at any time directly through our website: Track Your Order. Please note that while most of the shipping companies we work with offer tracking services, we cannot guarantee this service for every shipment.
